Parkway Preschool Registration Night

Parkway Preschool has set their Registration Night for the 2011-2012 school year for Tuesday, April 12 from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Parents may bring their child to the school to see the rooms as well as complete the registration form and pay the registration fee.  Teachers will be available to answer any questions parents may have about preschool.  Once the registration form is received, an additional packet of forms will need to be completed for next school year.

Parkway Kindergarten Registration and Screening

Parkway Elementary is currently scheduling screening appointments for kindergarten students for the 2011-2012 school year.  Students need to be five years old before August 1 to be eligible to attend.  Kindergarten screening will be held on Thursday, April 7 and Friday, April 8 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Parkway Elementary School.  On screening day, it will be necessary for parents/guardians to present an official birth certificate from the Department of Vital Statistics at the county health department from the county your child was born.  The vital statistics department may require a fee for this copy. The hospital complimentary birth certificate will not be accepted.  Parents will also need to supply their child’s social security card, immunization records, two forms of proof of residency and custody papers (if applicable) to photocopy.  Please try to have your child’s immunizations up-to-date before the screening.  All students entering kindergarten in the fall will need to go through the screening process.  Please call Michelle in the elementary office at 419-363-3045 #ext.720 to schedule an appointment.
