Ann Bonvillian Baltzell Graduates with Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree

Ann Bonvillian Baltzell, DVM, graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in June 2007. She participated in the prestigious Oath and Hooding Ceremony for her veterinary medical degree on the evening before the larger ceremony at Ohio Stadium on June 10, 2007. Guest speaker for the graduation was former President Bill Clinton.

A party was held in her honor at the Hilton Garden Inn, Dublin, and hosted by her

parents Paul and Kathy Bonvillian of Celina and her brother and sister-in-law Scott and Carianne (Wilkinson) Baltzell of Mansfield. Others attending the ceremonies and party included: husband Tom Baltzell; siblings Katie and John Bonvillian; grandfather Paul Bonvillian; aunt and uncle Jim and Liza and cousins Luke and Joe.

Dr. Baltzell is a 1998 graduate of Celina High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University in 2002.

She is the granddaughter of Paul and the late Lois Bonvillian and Paul and Lela Siebert of Celina. She is the sister of Katie, Laura and John Bonvillian, and the daughter-in-law of Larry and Sheila Baltzell.

She has joined Banfield, The Pet Hospital, in Grove City OH as an Associate Veterinarian and attended a week-long learning experience in November 2007 at Banfield headquarters in Portland, OR . The Banfield Doctor Orientation Academy is a program designed to help doctors new to the Practice become familiar with the many aspects of being a Banfield doctor with intensive training including Anesthesia and Best Practice Standards.

Ann resides in Dublin, OH, with her husband, Tom, and their two boxers - Carmen Ohio and Oscar.

Jim and Shirley Baltzell Attend Graduation of Granddaughter and Her Husband - May 2007.

Jim and Shirley (Wilson) Baltzell's granddaughter, Amanda Jo Bryant of Toledo, graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling recently. She is planning a career in school guidance counseling.

Amanda’s husband, Jonathan Bryant, graduated, as well, from Toledo University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement. He is going into police or security enforcement.

Amanda and Jonathan reside in Toledo, Ohio. She is the daughter of John and Tami (Baltzell) Conklin of Whitehouse, Ohio.

Clayton Davis Graduates from Bowling Green State University

Clayton Davis, son of Rick and Kathy Davis graduated from the College of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. He has accepted a position as an Account Manager with SunSource Corporation and upon completion of a 15 month training program will be based out of Columbus. He also continues to serve as a Crew Chief with the 180th Fighter Wing of the Ohio Air National Guard in Swanton, OH.

Kyle Burger and Jamie Jackson Graduate

Kyle Burger, Rockford, son of Mark and Laura Burger and Jamie Jackson, Rockford, daughter of Brent and the late Julie Jackson both graduated from the Apollo Technical School in early June. They each received degrees in surgical technology that has prepared them for jobs as assistants in the operating room. Both are Parkway graduates!
