Sandra Jo Noggler, 31, formerly of Celina and now of Maysville, Georgia on Saturday, april 5, 2008 at Barrow Regional Medical Center in Winder, Georgia. Cause of death is unkonwn.

She was born August 16, 1976 in Van Wert to Leo Noggler, who survives in Celina and Rose M. Armstrong Poppe, surviving in Mendon.

Other survivors are her fiance,  Ryan Sanning, Sr. of Maysville, GA, a son, Ryan Sanning, Jr., Maysville, three daughters, Courtney McDowell, Cora McDowell, and Savannah Sanning, all at home; two brothers Daniel (Teresa) South Boston, Virginia, and Donald (Vickie) Celina; three sisters, Tracy (Kevin) McDowell, Manchester, Lillie "Jeanie" (Carlton) Nusbaum, Celina, and Janice (Daniel) Fetters, Mendon.

She was a homemaker and attended Celina High School.

Services are 2 PM Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Reverend Lee Ellis officiating. Burial is in Swamp college Cemetery, Celina. Calling is noon-2 PM Tuesday, April 15 at the funeral home.
