Janice Colette Brandon, 50, 800 Touvelle St., Apt. 19, Celina, OH, 45822 died at 8:45 AM, on Wednesday, April 26, 2008, at Lexington Hospital in South Carolina, following an extended illness.

She was born on February 17, 1958 in Killeen, Texas to Jess D. King and Esther M. (Schmidt) Coleman, who survive in Celina. Her step-father, Dave Coleman and her step-mother Mary Joyce King also survive in Celina. 

Surviving also are one sister Sandi Powalski of Columbia, S.C.; a half brother, Jessie (Nikki) King, Celina, a half sister, Jessica (Jimmie) Matejek, Nashville, TN; and five step sisters, all in Celina.

Deceased are one son, Justin King; one sister Velda (King) Martin; and grandparents, Roy and Louise Schmidt and Jesse and Francis King.

She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Pelion, S.C. She spent part of her elementary school years in the Parkway School system.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at her uncle's home, 02466 Glynwood Rd, St. Marys, with Reverend Alan Thwaits officiating officiating.  Her body was cremated.
