HURLESS

   
Catherine M. Hurless, 92, of Van Wert, died at 3:15 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

She was born April 13, 1915, in Willshire Township, Van Wert County, the daughter of the late Maynard Clayton and Della Annis (Weimer) Stetler. On October 20, 1931, she married John Roy Hurless, who died November 4, 1967.

She was survived by several nieces and nephews.
 
A brother, Lee Stetler; and three sisters, Margaret Viland, Gladys Leah Hurless and Marguerite Herl, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, December 14, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.
 
Visitation will be an hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
