KABLE

Leroy Dean Kable, 63, of Celina, Ohio, died Tuesday, December 25, 2007 at his residence.  He was born in Liberty Township, Mercer County, Ohio on April 12, 1944, to William and Mary (Griggs) Kable.  He was retired from the former Mersman Furniture Company and had also worked in construction.  He had lived in the area all his life.

Surviving are 2 sons, Larry Kable of  Arkansas and Brian Kable of Celina, Ohio; 5 daughters, Cindy (Brad) Mink, Union City, Indiana; Debbie Denny of  Geneva, Indiana; Amy & Matt Denny of Mendon, Ohio; Tracy & Duffy Baldauf of Bluffton, Indiana; and 1 step daughter, Tina Donovan of Berne, Indiana.  Three brothers, Keith (Bev) Kable, Decatur, IN., Roger, of Rockford, and Lowell (Sandy) Kable of Portland, IN., also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Deceased are 2 brothers, Gerald and Gary Kable.

Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford with Pastor Catherine Costello officiating.  Burial will be in St. Paul’s United Church of Christ Cemetery, Rockford.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-8 pm and on Friday, 1 hour prior to the service.
