RICHARDSON

   
Peggy Richardson, 74, of rural Van Wert, died at 1:28 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2008, at her residence.

She was born July 26, 1930, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of the late Ralph and Mildred (Copeland) Myers.

On May 29, 1954, she married John Everett Richardson, and he survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Paul E. (Anne P.) Richardson Wren, OH,  Stephen E. Richardson Convoy, OH; one daughter Jill A. (Todd) Williams Rockford, OH; one sister, Regina "Jean" (Ken) Trimmer,  Fenton, MI and seven grandchildren.

A grandson, Matthew K. Richardson, preceded her in death.

She was a substitute teacher in Van Wert County for 19 years, a teacher and administrator in Christian Education for 40 years, a member of Calvary Evangelical Church, Van Wert and a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College (Taylor University).

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday,  February 11, 2008, at Calvary Evanglical Church Van Wert, Ohio, with her husband and the Reverend John Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery Convoy, OH.

Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, February 19, at Cowan & Son Funeral in Van Wert and one hour prior to services at the Church on Monday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Evangelical Church or Community Health Professionals Hospice.
