 Lisa
Ann Zizelman, 39, Rockford, died Thursday, July 17, 2008 at her
residence.
She was born October 20, 1968 in
Coldwater, Michigan, to Karla (Breneman) Perts, and graduated from
Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, Kansas. On September 19, 1998 she
married Brian Zizelman, and he survives She was the manager of the
Dupont Hospital Sleep Center in Fort Wayne, IN and attended Only Believe
Ministries, Botkins, Ohio; she was also a veteran of the US Air Force
and a member of its Drum and Bugle Corps.
Surviving along with her husband, Brian of Rockford and her mother,
Karla Perts, Celina, are two daughters; Megan and Lindsay Zizelman,
Rockford; one grandmother, Grace Kalinowski, Sturgis, MI; three
brothers, Terry (Stefanie) Davis, Celina, OH, Erin (Amy) Kincaid,
Perrysburg, OH, and Timothy Kincaid, Temperance, MI.
Services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 11:00 am at New
Horizons Church, Rockford, with Pastor Ed Ingrim officiating. Burial
will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford. Friends may call from
2-4pm and 6-8pm on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral
Home, Rockford and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the
church.
Memorials may be directed to The Peoples Bank Company, Rockford to an
Educational Trust Fund for Lisa’s two daughters.
