BULLOCK

Don C. Bullock, age 79, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 2:27pm.  He was born in Bardstown, Kentucky on September 18, 1938 to the late Robert and Geraldine (Martin) Bullock.  

Don married Twila (Buckingham) Bullock on August 23, 2003 and she stayed diligently by his side during several years of physical impairment; she survives at the residence in Celina.  
 

Other survivors include his six children, Donna Carol, Austin, Texas, Travis (Joanie) Bullock, Waycross, Georgia, Garrett Bullock, Tampa, Florida, Jodie Logan, Melbourne, Florida, Terrence Bullock, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Alayne Bullock, Columbus, Ohio; two brothers, Terry (Donna) Bullock, Angels Camp, California, and Jerry Bullock, Modesto, California; two sisters, Virginia Drienne, Celina, Ohio, and Joyce Loe, Angels Camp, California; 8 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.  
 

Also preceded in death by three brothers, Robert (Patty) Bullock, Joe Earl Bullock, and Tommy G. Bullock; and a sister, Mabel Thomas.  


Don attended Celina Senior High School and served his country in the United States Air Force.  He lived and worked in many different states as a telephone contractor and retired from TIC in Celina, Ohio. 


He was a proud member of the Choctaw Indian Nation of Oklahoma, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; where his greatest joy came in serving at his church.  He considered his Church as his second family.  Don was one of the Lord’s special children and he will be missed by many.


Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 925 Glenbrook Dr., St. Marys, Ohio 45885, with President Michael Bissegger, officiating, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, Ohio; where military honors will be provided.
