Rebecca Lynn Solomon, 54, of Celina, died at 7:41 a.m. March 10, 2008, at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.

She was born December 4, 1954, in Hopewell Township to Clyde Lewis and Winifred Maxine (Davis) Matheny.  She was a waitress.

Surviving along with her mother and husband, Hans Pete Maupin, Celina, is a son, Shawn Kimmel, Florida, one brother, Tom Lewis (Catherine) Matheny, St. Mary’s. OH and one sister, Sharon Thomas, Convoy, OH.

Deceased is her father Clyde Lewis Matheny.

Services will be Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford with Pastor Mike Berne officiating.

Viewing will be Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Liberty Chapel Cemetery.
