PIPER

Delbert L. Piper, 70, of 10635 Celina-Mendon Road, Mendon, OH, died at 8:08 A.M. on Thursday, March 20, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, Ohio.

He was born July 21, 1937, in Neptune to Lowell "Bud" and Ada (Martin) Piper.  On February 10, 1973, he married Beverly Christian, who survives.

Also surviving are four sons:  Randy and Rodney (Theresa), all of Celina; Rex (Teri) of Rockford, and Travis (Misty) of Mendon; one brother, Kurt of Neptune; two grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Deceased is a son, Rob.

He was a retiree of General Dynamics in Lima and graduated from Celina High School in 1955.

Services will be Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Reverends Randy Christian and Tim Clutter officiating. Burial will be at Mendon Cemetery in Mendon.

Calling hours are Monday, March 24, 2008 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
