FISHER
He had lived all his life in the Rockford area and was a member of the Rockford United Methodist Church in Rockford. He also was a foster parent in Mercer County and a member of the Dublin Township Zoning Board.
Surviving in addition to his wife Jacqueline, are two children--a son, Brian A. Fisher, of Rockford, and a daughter, Andrea L. Fisher, of Big Rapids, Michigan. A brother, Gary ( Jane) Fisher also survives in Rockford.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Rockford United Methodist Church at 202 S. Franklin St., Rockford, with Pastor Mike Berne officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-8 pm at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford and on Wednesday at the church one hour prior to the service.
Memorials may be directed to The Cancer Association of Mercer County or to the Don S. Fisher Scholarship Fund for graduating Parkway Seniors. Military rites will be conducted at the graveside service by Rockford American Legion Post #508.

MARTIN Esther Grace Martin, 87, of 203 E. Oak St., Celina, died Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008 at 3:30 am at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born on September 29, 1920 in Mendon, OH to Frank and Clara (Tigner) Griggs. She was married to the late Cail Reedy for 30 years. She later married Walter Martin on June 6, 1969 and he is deceased.
Survivors include one son, Dennis of St. Marys; and three daughters, Judy Krugh and Linda (Donald) Hayes all of Rockford, and Ronda Winget of Pennville, Indiana; 25 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her two husbands, she was also preceded in death by two sons, Fred and Billy Reedy; one daughter Bonnie Carroll; one brother Lawrence Griggs; and six sisters, Lily Brown, Opal Protsman, Ruth Fry, Mary Kable, Gladys Stultz, and Marie Burch.
She was a homemaker and a member of Abounding Grace Church in Celina as well as the Golden Heirs of the church.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 10:30 am at W.H. Dick and Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina with Reverend Rick Brosher officiating. Burial will be in Mercer Cemetery, Mercer, OH.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-8 pm at W.H. Dick and Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials may be directed to Abounding Grace Church or the Mercer County Council on Aging.

| BREESE Matthew Robert Breese, 25, Willshire, died Sunday morning, March 23, 2008 at his residence. He was born March 17, 1983 in Van Wert, OH to Robert and Linda (Walker) Breese. He is survived by one brother Gregory Breese of Willshire, OH and three sisters, Kimberly (Jerry) Kroeger, Rockford, OH, Jennifer Breese of Van Wert, Trisha Breese, Butler, IN, paternal grandmother, Fern Walker of Van Wert, and two nieces. He was employed at Thunderbird in Decatur, IN and a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Van Wert. A 2002 graduate of Parkway High School, he enjoyed snowmobiling, jet skiing, camping, farming and collecting A-C tractors. Services are set for 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, Ohio with Pastors Matt Braun and Derek Stemen officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio. Calling hours are 2-8 p.m Thursday, March 27, 2008. Preferred memorials are to his nieces Katelyn and Madison and his god-daughter Lulu Ross.
