She was born on August 22, 1970 in Hollywood, FL to the late Earnest Delbert Jewell & the late Carol Joann (Wolfcale) Jewell.

She married Thomas Kline  on September 7, 1991, and he survives.  

Others surviving are three children Thomas Jessie, Kimberley Nicole and Devin Michael all of Convoy; two brothers, Delbert Jewell, of Van Wert, Donald E. Jewell, Convoy; three sisters Debbie (Jerry) Leiter and Penny (Clark) Roberts all of Van Wert, and Joette (Kyle) Fox of Payne; one sister-in-law Sheryl (Mike) Coats of Rockford and three brothers-in-law Jan (Marge) Kline of Antwerp, Monty (Pat) Kline of Elida and Mark Kline of Indianapolis.

Deceased, besides her parents, are one child Elizabeth Joan Kline and one brother Alan Jewell.

She worked at Wendy's Restaurant in Van Wert and was a 1989 graduate of Van Wert High School.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday May 28, 2008 at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert with Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.

Calling is Tuesday from 2 - 8 p.m. at  Cowan & Son Funeral Home.
