Anna L. Archer, 75, 400 E. Warren St., Celina, OH 45822, died on
Monday, May 26, 2008 at her home. She was born on February 24, 1933 in Philothea to the late Lewis & the late Minnie (Eblen) Tangeman. She married Robert Archer on February 23, 1952, and he survives. Others surviving are three sons: John (Mary Lou) of Rockford, Tom of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jerry (Shelly) of Celina; three daughters: Sharon Archer of Mendon, Diane Archer of Union city, Indiana, and Linda (Doug) Krieger of Alberta, Canada; two brothers, Gene (Kay) Tangeman and Donald (Lou) Tangeman all of Coldwater; one sister, Rose Mary Lefeld of Coldwater; her caregiver and sister-in-law Betty (Donald) Miller of Celina; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Deceased, besides her parents, are one daughter Mary Helen and one brother-in-law Paul Lefeld. She was a homemaker. She worked as a workshop specialist and bus driver for Cheryl Ann Industries for 22 years and most recently at Curves in Celina. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina and the Foundation Breakfast Club in Celina. She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1951. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery Cemetery in Celina. Calling is Friday, May 30 from 4 - 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 9 - 9:45 a.m. at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Daniel Earl Cress, 55, of Bellefontaine, died on Monday, May 26, 2008 at
Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine of natural causes. He was born March 1, 1953, in Lima to Reverend Delbert Earl and Juanita D. (Hoobler) Cress. His mother, a retired Parkway teacher, survives in Van Wert. Other survivors are two brothers, Ron (Ruth) of Noblesville, Indiana and Jim (Bonnie) of Bowling Green, Ohio. He worked as a lab systems analyst at Mary Rutan Hospital for many years and was a member of Lewiston Trinity Methodist Church where he served as the treasurer on the church's A.I.D.S. Task Force. He was a 1971 graduate of Parkway High School. Services are at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 30 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert. Reverend Barry Baughman will officiate. Burial is at the International Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery in Convoy. Calling is 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Eichholtz Funeral at Bellefontaine and 9 - 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2008 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home in Van Wert.
