BELDON

Rex L. Beldon, 76, of Archbold, died on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at the Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

He was born January 12, 1931 in Rockford, Ohio to Seth and Margaret (Bauman) Beldon. He married Louise Troeger in 1968, and she survives.

Surviving are one son, John (Wendy) of Archbold, one son-in-law Bill Hartman of Bryan, and four grandchildren.
 

Deceased are one daughter Janice Beldon Hartman, two brothers Reid and Paul, and five sisters: Viola Wood, Velma Weitz, Edith Druhot, Pearl Schmidt and Dorothy Halstead.

He was employed through  his life in the dairy industry. He was a 1949 graduate of Wren High School and a member of Trinity Lutheran in Wauseon. He served his country during the Korean War, in the Army National Gurad

Services are scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at the church,  Pastor Timothy Sonnenberg and   Roger Marlow officiating. Burial will follow at Archbold Cemetery.

Calling is from 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon.
